Privacy
What this site collects, why, and for how long. This page covers this website and its access request form.
Who collects the data
Eyamate is operated by Solution Eya Inc., which collects the information described on this page.
What is collected, and when
The site asks you for information in one place only: the access request form. Nothing you type in it leaves your browser until you send it. The form then sends:
- your name
- your email address
- your organization, if you give it
- the hosting you prefer: Eyamate’s infrastructure, your own, or not decided yet
- the need you describe
Why
To answer your request and propose the automations that match it.
Who reads it
The Eyamate team reads the requests.
How long it is kept
A request is kept for 24 months after it has been handled. A request that was never handled is kept for 24 months after it was filed. It is then deleted.
Access, correction, deletion
To access, correct or delete what you sent, write to privacy@eyamate.com.
What the site stores in your browser
The site uses Google Analytics, a Google service, to measure its audience. Its pages load a script from Google (www.googletagmanager.com), which sends Google data about your use of the site, such as the pages you view.
Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, that is, cookies stored under this site’s own domain. Google gives each a default expiration of two years:
_ga— used to distinguish visitors_ga_— its name is completed by an identifier assigned by Google Analytics; used to keep the state of a session
The site itself also keeps up to three entries in your browser’s local storage, each written only when you make the choice it records:
eyamate-theme— the theme you chose, light or darkeyamate-language— the language you picked in the language menu or in the language suggestioneyamate-language-suggestion— the fact that you closed the language suggestion, so that it is not shown again
When you send an access request, the site also tells Google Analytics that a request was sent, along with the hosting you chose. Nothing else from the request is included: not your name, your email address, your organization or the need you describe.
Apart from the Google Analytics script, the site’s scripts, fonts and images are served from this address.
